Day 14: Not So Stressed

I slept in this morning and woke up at about 10:30am. D was coming over with photo albums of his baby pictures, so we could choose a few for the slideshow. Most of the afternoon was spent doing that. I kinda realize the importance of taking pictures, even though the camera only captures happy moments, they are afterall snapshots of our lives, and we forget easily, so these pictures will help us remember the lives we have spent, the people we have laughed and cried with etc etc. It was all very nostalgic for me.

I met with my two closest friends for dinner - Alice and Sarah. It was just awesome to see them again - the last time we met was 2 and a half years ago. Lots of things to catch up, so little time! After dinner at Crystal Jade, we made our way to The Baker’s Inn for dessert and coffee. They close at 10pm, so we headed to a Turkish Cafe on the other side of town for another drink. We talked about everything, the wedding, what’s new with them, etc etc. We also took some pictures. I’ve known them since Secondary School, and I’m grateful that we are still close friends.
