That’s exactly what Rebecca does now when it comes to repeating words. You tell her “Daddy”, and she says “Di Di”, and “Mommy” becomes “Mi Mi”. Dora is “Ra Ra”, water is “Ter Ter”. Well you get the picture. She’s 20 months old now, and getting very michievious. She sorta know what she can or cannot do, but she gets that gleam in her eye when she’s ready to do something bad, like dunk her books into the doggies’ water bowl.
We’ve started potty training, but it is slow. So far she hasn’t succeeded in going potty. Heck, we even got her potty training Elmo just so HE can “encourage” her to do the same. All I can say is, this takes time and patience.
This is a blog about a Mom and her life with her husband, toddler daughter, two rat terriers, one green-cheeked conure, and one leopard gecko. Web developer by day, gamer by night.
